Sizes: Average adult Gauge: 4.5 sts = 1” Keyplate 2.5 or Midgauge 7 or Bulky 5. Materials: Worsted Weight Yarn: 125 yds/2 ozs.

1. Ewrap cast on 35 sts, leaving a 12" tail for sewing.  Row counter at zeros.
2. Knit 20 rows.
3. Release every third stitch and relatch up to form rib.
4. Knit 5 rows, increasing 1 st on each end on 5th row.
5. Repeat step 4 once. 39 sts.
6. Knit 5 rows. RC = 35.
7. Knit 2 rows, binding off 5 sts at beginning of each row.
8. Knit 2 rows, ewrap casting on 3 sts at end of each row. 35 sts.
9. Knit to row counter 50. 
10. Bind off all stitches leaving a tail for sewing.
11. Using the tail yarns, sew the side seam, stopping at thumb opening.
12. Repeat steps 1 through 11 for second mitt.
