Sizes: Infant Gauge: 4 sts = 1” Keyplate 3, Bulky: Tension 6. Materials: Worsted Weight Yarn:95yds main color and 25 yds contrasting color.

1. Ewrap cast on 99 stitches with contrasting color yarn.  Row counter at zeros.
2. Knit 6 rows.
3. Knit 2 rows, binding off 25 stitches at beginning of both rows.  (49 stitches left).
4. Change to main color yarn, row counter at zeros.  Adjust weighted hem or combs as necessary.
5. Knit 6 rows.  Decrease 1 st on each end.
6. Repeat step 5, 3 times more to row counter 24.
7. 41 stitches remain. 
8. Knit 2 rows, binding off 14 stitches at beginning of each row.  Knit to row counter 40.
9. Cut main yarn and change to waste yarn.  Knit a few rows then remove from machine.  Remove hem or weights.
10. Bring forward 42 needles.  With wrong side facing,  place center 13 stitches, below waste yarn on 12 center needles, placing center 2 stitches on one needle. 
11. Pick up along each side edge, 15 stitches and place on needles next to stitches already on machine. (Refer to picture).
12. With contrasting color yarn, knit 6 rows.  Bind off.
13. Weave in any ends.
